How to submit update for F17?

Hello,

I did build from F17 and now I am trying submit update via Bodhi, but it 
fails apparently:

$ fedpkg update
Creating a new update for  weechat-0.3.6-2.fc17
Password for vondruch:
Creating a new update for  weechat-0.3.6-2.fc17
weechat-0.3.6-2.fc17 not tagged as an update candidate

Is this bug? Should I tag it manually? Or is it not tagged intentionally 
for some reason? Should I open ticket for RelEngs?
