orphaning bioperl/BioGraphics

Hi there,

I don't use BioPerl nearly as much as I used to, so I'm looking
for a new maintainer for perl-bioperl and some other related packages,
e.g. perl-Bio-Graphics.

I have added myself as a full co-maintainer for all of these packages
during the search for/transition to a new maintainer, and will
continue to help out, but these packages could do with a more
permanent maintainer.
