Yes please, all help very welcome. I want to get the new version of PK
into F18 if possible, as it's got quite a few nice fixes that people

Sure, that's somewhat easier. Something like:

Obsoletes: PackageKit-qt < 0.8.6
Provides: PackageKit-qt = 0.8.6

?
