Heads-up: Twisted-12.2.0 landing in rawhide; pseudo-orphaning the package

Dear all,

I have just submitted python-twisted* 12.2.0 builds for rawhide. Please
check if everything still works as intended.
Having said that, with this update I will no longer be co-maintaning the
stack. The reason I joined, telepathy-sunshine, has since been retired
and thus it makes little sense for me to continue the co-maintainership.
While twisted stack has a primary maintainer, thomasvs is not very
active these days:

As such, the stack would probably benefit from another co-maintaner. It
seems to be pretty low workload, with a new update coming out every few
months (which I have only been pushing to rawhide).
