The mpir package has changed from LGPLv2+ to LGPLv3+ in a new version (2.5.1) being built for F18 and Rawhide. The only current consumer of MPIR is Macaulay2, and it is dropping use of MPIR in F18+, so this change should have no consequences. -- Jerry James http://www.jamezone.org/
