Removing Maven depmap support in F23

TL;DR: this is heads-up that in one week packages listed below may
stop being resolved with Maven, one of Java build systems.  It should
be enough to rebuild affected packages in order to fix them.

More details:

Next week after branching I will update XMvn in rawhide (F23) to new
upstream version.  Among other things, this version removes support
for legacy "depmap" files, which were used by Maven to resolve
dependencies and which were obsoleted by new metadata format.  As a
consequence, artifacts installed in packages which don't ship metadata
in new format won't be resolvable by Maven.

All packaging tools in Fedora 21 and later generate metadata in new
format, so this problem affects only long-time FTBFS packages, but it
should be enough to rebuild packages in order to make them resolvable
again.

The following are list of affected packages with their maintainers and
FTBFS bug numbers.
