Changes in Alpha

One of the challenges new beat writers face is identifying what has
changed in their beat.  I have added a set of tables to the Beats page
listing all the changes in Fedora 13 Alpha.

It is important to note that Alpha typically includes far fewer packages
than the later releases, so this list is not a complete list of changes
for Fedora 13.  However, it does give the beat writer a starting place
to see what has changes in his area of interest.

The tables follow the yum/PackageKit grouping, rather than the beats, so
there is not a one to one correspondence between a particular table and
a beat.  But it can help as a starting point.  This table will be
updated as it becomes more certain what will be in F13.
