Rudi,
If we can find out who touched the existing style guide we can just
ask their permission to re-license CC-BY.

Thanks for spearheading this project!  I'll take a look at your work
here shortly.  Even if the larger project has stalled we can at least
make this available to the masses to help other projects.  All we need
to do is let them know that it exists.
