License errors

There is a known bug in the drupal.org packaging scripts that adds the
executable bit to the license files [1]. You were told correct to remove
that in %prep :) -- for an example, see
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/drupal7-metatag.git/tree/drupal7-metatag.spec#n55

I have been ignoring the incorrect-fsf-address rpmlint errors for Drupal
pkgs because that just means the package is "old" and needs a new release.
The drupal buildbot does add the LICENSE.txt file so that license file was
correct at the time that module was packaged upstream. There is no need to
file a bug/issue upstream because that will automatically get fixed on its'
next release.
