Is the date/time set correctly on your server? If it's way off the
default metalink will be invalid and it won't get any info from it.
If the date/time is set right, try doing:
URLGRABBER_DEBUG=1 yum install foo
and attach the last few hundred lines or so, that should indicate the
error.
