EPEL Need help regarding of a broken dependency notification

pgp-tools has broken dependencies in the epel-6 tree:
On i386:
	pgp-tools-1.1.4-3.el6.i686 requires perl(Locale::Recode)
On ppc64:
	pgp-tools-1.1.4-3.el6.ppc64 requires perl(Locale::Recode)
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
