EPEL Need help regarding of a broken dependency notification

perl-libintl provides perl(Locale::Recode)

Why?  I don't know.  Doesn't seem to follow the normal perl naming 
convention.

Anyway, it looks like this was put into EPEL5, but never EPEL6.
