[FAmSCo] commission the new FAmSCo - decommission the former FAmSCo

OK it is set!

Our first meeting will be held 11th December 2010 at 1pm UTC

I will sent out a reminder on that twice (3 days before and the same day) on
the list.

Until then feel free to fill out agenda items here [1]. In this meeting we
will elect our chairman also.
We still have many to discuss so I suggest opening a new thread on the
mailing list (which I will do after that mail) if everyone is ok.

It took us 2 days but we managed quite well :)
