In a perfect world the KDE SIG would have some way to build packages using 
Fedora's infrastracture just like the Ubuntu folks are doing with the so-called 
PPA and OpenSUSE is doing with the OBS.

But I've been told that this had been discussed at some (the latest?) FAD. So 
this is just yet another "Where did it go?" question.
