I reported the bug and was marked as duplicated of 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197717
and it is fixed in the sources,

your crash  seems different, in my machine, the plasma crash ( but only 
that part is affected and restart by itself)so the applications are not 
affected in my case.

seems which NVIDIA reacts differently to a plasma crash or really is a 
different bug altogether.
