After f19 update, fonts on panel are large

Is anything special about your hardware or your settings before the update? 
F19's KDE replaced krandr with kscreen, a new display management system. You 
may be seeing a different desktop DPI. What does 
http://fm.no-ip.com/Auth/dpi-screen-window.html report? Does it all match 
your hardware or expectations? Does it match 'kcmshell4 xserver' report and 
"xdpyinfo | egrep 'dime|ution'" output? What does 'xrdb -query | grep dpi' 
return?
