After f19 update, fonts on panel are large

After reboot, the problem is back.  Repeated logout/login doesn't fix it.  DPI 
is reported by xdpyinfo correctly (115x115).

I assume that under font settings, it is 'taskbar' font that controls the size 
of fonts on the panel such as clock and task manager?
