KMail IMAP & SMTP GSSAPI failures (WAS: F19 akonadi_imap_resource GSSAPI failures)

Unfortunately, I have also found that GSSAPI for my SMTP connection (to 
Postfix) is also not working with KMail in F19.

If anyone has an pointers on grabbing the appropriate logs that could help 
resolve this issue, I'd appreciate it.
