Plan for F22 KDE updates after F23 release?

Indeed, thats what I meant - will there be major updates to KDE in F22 
(hopefully to stabilise it) once F23 is released? - sorry to have been 
unclear.

Thanks also to Rex for articulating the situation even if its not clear 
whether we will get major updates to KDE in F22 once F23 is released.
