[Fedora-spins] Unable to log-in after updating XFCE-remix

This was on a remix, which contain all Fedora_EDU_SPIN_pakages +  OO.org +
rpmfusion (Fedora 11 based)

system worked fine for last few months.

after running 'yum update' , could not log-in

i was trying console login for both user and root, but no luck.
