Flock 2014 Dates?

I'd say - not before *the end* of August, the last month before release
is always challenging. And it will be always hard to align Flock with
schedule... 

One thing is - we don't know now, if F21 will follow old or new model,
what I'd really like to is one bigger Fedora event before we choose
the way but summer time is not a best date for this.

One local collision early September is Akademy, that's going to be 
held in Brno -  6-12 September.

That's actually the reason why Akademy was moved to post summer dates
and if we want summer event, we have to live with that and do the 
decision on final date as soon as possible, to allow planning in 
advance.
