Have changed the page as per your information [1].

Have added a new section in FTLG page for Bug reporting [2] and the 
gnome bug filing page is now created under FLTG [1]. Is this okay? We 
can link [1] to [3] ?

Accordingly, now we can provide the links for filing Fedora/Gnome 
projects in each package page.

Also [4] is modified.  Please free to provide feedback or directly make 
changes as required.
