Request to change official Khmer font on Fedora

Definitely we can do this.
It will be very helpful if you can give some screenshots for better
understanding. Blog will be even better. Once your point is clear.
Process is
1. Package this font to Fedora (i can take this task)
2. Report bug against distribution with proper reasoning. (You can take
this)
