Hello all!

I am glad to present here one more proposal [1] for the next FUDCon
LATAM.

Foz do Iguaçu is a strategical city placed in the border between Brazil,
Argentina and Paraguay. This region is known as The Triple Frontier. The
proposers believe that this characteristic is essential to represent the
diversity of the Latin American community.

Considering this proposal, FUDCon would be held inside Latinoware, a
well known Open Source event in LATAM that takes place in the Itaipu
Power Plant. Latinoware usually happens in October or November what give
us plenty of time to prepare the event although it is a bit distant of
the last FUDCon. Latinoware also hosted a GNOME Forum in 2007 and many
Fedora Ambassadors got together in Latinoware in the past four years.
Certainly is a event that would draw a lot of attention to FUDCon.

We hope to be contributing with another high quality proposal in
addition to the great Panamá BID.
