[Fedora-haskell-list] ghc_arches macro for f15 and f14

To use this in F15 the following update in testing is needed:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/redhat-rpm-config-9.1.0-8.fc15

I have tested it and given it karma: if you want to help speed
up getting ghc_arches into F15 (and F14), then please also
test and provide update karma to the build.

is the f14 package: I am going to test that now.

Otherwise currently you will need to list the archs explicitly
as we have been doing (and the current released cabal2spec still does)
to build packages for f14 and f15 (and el6).
