I am having query regarding the Add Torrent section of trcli, the help page
says :

If you provide only one command line argument and it doesn't start with '-',
 it's treated like a torrent file/URL and submitted to the daemon via
 transmission-remote. This is useful because you can instruct Firefox to
open
 torrent files with transmission-remote-cli.py.
 `$ transmission-remote-cli.py http://link/to/file.torrent`
 `$ transmission-remote-cli.py path/to/some/torrent-file`

Every time i tryed running/using it, it gave me errors like :
[root at yevlempy transmission-remote-cli]# python transmission-remote-cli.py
http://schoolos-1.0-beta1i386.torrent
EXECUTING:
transmission-remote localhost:9091 -a http://schoolos-1.0-beta1i386.torrent
RESPONSE:
localhost:9091 responded: "http error 0: No Response"

Kindly clarify this, as it is quite confusing to me and am not getting it.
