[fedora-india] Why no docky in Fedora?

Docky's not officially supported it seems. [1]. Somehow people can't
can't settle for cairo-dock. I started checking for workarounds on net
and found this [2]. Its fine but I think its gonna be nice if we has
Docky as package in Fedora.
