[fedora-india] Packaging Requests

Hi Folks,

Some users have been talking about lack of certain scientific
applications packaged in Fedora (which are there in other distros).
They have pointed out the URLs to me, which I am mentioning here (I
have not had the chance to go through and verify whether sources are
all compatible to be packaged in Fedora)
