[fedora-india] Two python modules

Hi

Askbot has a indirect dependency on python-celery and python-kombu. 
Fabian Affolter has said he doesn't have time now to work on this.  So
someone else can take over.   If anyone is interested,  file new
requests.  You can base your work on the srpms at
