Hello!

Would someone like to make a wubi version for fedora as a part of the
fedora GSoC? (I'd really do it myself, but I'm going to be at some job
by the time GSoC kicks in.)

I'm sure it'll be a good project, and quite a few people would step up
to mentor it too.
