[fedora-java] Packaging Spago BI

Hi Sandro et al,

Marek is now swamped by other work as far as what he told me and doesn't 
have the capacity currently to continue with Wildfy packaging in Fedora 
- we would welcome volunteers to help with this.

Currently Fedora uses different way of packaging that what we use for 
the products, so it's difficult for us to port this back to the old 
buildArch RPM way of doing stuff.

The decision how to proceed is still open, I will inform our team of 
your request and we will see how to tackle this.
