KDE 4.4, anyone got CPU scaling support?

Of course, just as I send that, I found a bug report:

Still, would be interesting to know if anyone does have this working
or not. It means I can't manage my laptop's performance under KDE,
which is annoying (I'll just do it with a script if need be, but would
be nice to have it all in one place).
