Splitting Kopete/KMix?

Check https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=553552 - RFE: request to split 
KDE into multiple subpackages in accord of the new definition of KDE itself.

We usually split packages based on use cases - for me, kmix sounds like a valid 
one.
