Kate not installed by default on Fedora 16

We should list the split subpackages, not the kdesdk metapackage.

(There's the kdeaccounts plugin left in the main package, but it was dropped 
in kdesdk 4.9 and upstream says it has actually been obsoleted by an Akonadi 
plugin ever since Akonadi-based kdepim was introduced, it was just left in 
kdesdk by mistake.)
