EGroupware/GroupDAV/Akonadi issues after upgrading to kdepimlibs-4.11.3-3

After upgrading to kdepimlibs-4.11.3-3, Akonadi no longer fetches calendars or 
contacts properly from an EGroupware/GroupDAV resource.  Prior to the upgrade, 
the Akonadi agent would fetch all resources to which I had access within 
EGroupware including calendars of other users, and other group contacts, etc.  
Now, it only fetches my personal calendar and my personal contacts.

I also use CalDav-sync on my Android which is not affected by this issue and 
retrieves everything to which I have access.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
