Emmett,
I'm on F22 now, but can you give an example of exactly what you are doing,
step by step.  I typically use the clipboard with web browsers (Chrome,
Firefox), but also use
it with Konsole and have never encountered the issue you are describing.
I'd like to try to re-create if possible.
