I would like to release my code under the following terms. Could you 
please tell, whether the statement is clear?

Anyone can use, copy, modify, and/or distribute this software for any 
purpose with or without fee under the same terms as the rpmlint project 
[0], provided that rpmlint license stays both GPL compatible [1] and OSI 
approved [2].
