The image has been removed in this Rawhide build:

Additionally, the following updates have filed to resolve the issue in
all branches nodejs-ansi is provided for:
F18: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/nodejs-ansi-0.1.2-7.fc18
F19: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/nodejs-ansi-0.1.2-7.fc19
EPEL6: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/nodejs-ansi-0.1.2-7.el6

Note that I didn't bother with a replacement because this is example
code and developers can easily supply their own image file to test the
code sample.

Please let me know if I should do anything further.
