for website and designs we can ask help from the fedora-websites and
fedora-artwork teams so this section need the least work. Most of the
time FUDCon site is on the Fedora wiki itself.

Yep we'll need someone to do the printings.

In FUDCon case, speakers are participants. What need to be managed are
the sponsored participants, not just speakers.

take note that FUDCon is meant to be free to attend, so marketing i
think would mean generating buzz and blogspam like crazy (lol) :-)
