I'll also say I think it's reasonable to start with more like three days a week, and if it goes well, work up from there. I'm not saying five wouldn't be awesome, but having worked on a lot of similar sites, I know you can't run a marathon in a day either. Or make a marathon of content in a day. Or some better metaphor. :-)
