Patrick finally got me sorted out so I can help with system
maintenance.

I took the opportunity to:

(1) Backup all WP files and db content
  * I know this is happening already in Updraft, but just in case...
(2) Update the WP instance to 4.3.1 to address known security issue 
(3) Update old plugins
  * akismet
  * jetpack
  * updraftplus
  * user-role-editor
  * wordpress-seo
