The IRC meeting minutes tonight are available at here[1]. Thanks
everyone for attending the meeting.

In the meeting we continue talking about post-party actions and regular
events plans. Please work on action items and contribute your ideas on
details (time, place, topics) of the next offline activity.

The next IRC meeting will be held on next Friday (2013-02-15). Please
