Could this be binutils related?

With current binutils I can't even compile the simple test program from 654424
without it crashing, with my private rebuild of
mingw32-binutils-2.20.51.0.10-1.fc14.x86_64.rpm with
--enable-runtime-pseudo-reloc-v1 it works for me.
