Instead of reverting to GCC 4.4 I would prefer if the gcc parameter
'-Wl,--enable-runtime-pseudo-reloc-v1' would be added to the default LDFLAGS in
mingw32-filesystem. That way we only have to rebuild the affected packages
(AFAIK only boost is affected).

On the other hand, it's a bit strange that boost crashes while I don't have any
problem with the other mingw32 packages in F14 (the whole GTK and Qt chains).
Perhaps this only affects some C++ packages?
