CLucene has had lots of troubles with cross-compiling and threads. I have
some patches and workarounds in the build process to get it compiling on
64-bit. I'll look into this.

What's the easiest way for me to replicate a build environment with the
specified versions of the dep packages? Is it mainly rawhide with a
hand-rolled version of the mingw-w64 RPM?
