Self-introduction + package review swaps

Hello all...

I'm Jared Smith, a long-time Fedora developer.  I'm very new to NodeJS, but
have been on a bit of a packaging kick this week helping out the new IoT
SIG with getting some programs packaged up into Fedora.

Once those get reviewed, I'd appreciate some help with trying to get
nodejs-body-parser packaged up -- I've got a draft package started, but the
tests are failing and I haven't been able to figure out why yet.
