Updates to the fedpkg package:
- retire: Use pkgdb2 API
- completion: Add mockbuild --root completion

- Allow executable name to be used as key for configuration

- Added new option --fetch to switch-branch
- Changed nvr_check option for build to be optional
- De-hardcode 'origin' as the remote name
- If we failed to parse NVRE from rpm output use better error message
