As a reviewer I consider it my duty not only to run "rpmlint", but to check for
a package's qualtity. 

In this particular case, upstream apparently is committing almost all newbie's
faults newbie's can trip over.

Well, I consider it a packager's responsibility to provide safe integration of a
package into the distro and to apply whatever measures are needed.

IMNSHO, this package has not reached a shape to justify inclusion into Fedora. I
definitely will NOT formally review nor approve it.
