Clarification:
> We don't need this::
>  [ -d $RPM_BUILD_ROOT ] && rm -fr $RPM_BUILD_ROOT

Change it to::
  rm -fr $RPM_BUILD_ROOT

Also, we should probably do work on the python2 merge review as well.
