Does libgee have a --disable-introspection option? Because core packages like
GTK+ are built without introspection support in RHEL-6, I don't really see it
as possible to create EPEL packages that introduce introspection. You could
build gobject-introspection and maybe a few things like libgee that have no
dependencies, but beyond that it would get pretty difficult.
